The Eighth Month
Growing, growing, growing. This baby is growing! And you're passing on an invaluable gift to your little one: an immune system. You're passing along antibodies through the blood of the placenta, which will protect your baby from infection.
As for you, those maternal hormones are approaching flood tide, and you may find yourself with rapidly changing -and sometimes conflicting-emotions. This is a wonderful time to gather friends and family around, especially anxious grandparents-to-be. And what about those dreams? Often pregnant women have vivid dreams.
