Pregnancy Month-by-Month

Pregnancy is nine-month journey. But this journey is itself only the beginning of new life for your baby, and for you.

This brief guide will take you month-by-month through pregnancy and provide some basic information about what's happening with you and your baby.

During these nine months, you'll hear a lot of talk from friends, family-and even strangers. You'll hear some good advice and a few "old wive's tales" as well.

The more you know, the better prepared you'll be. And keep in mind, the most reliable sources of information are your doctor, and listening to what your own body is telling you.
